Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.
Thanks !!

Anyone up for a drink in DC this weekend?
Got an offer from Capgemini and they have given doj on 11th july. Later I got the last working day from my current employer which is 29th July. I asked Capgemini to revise my joining date. They agreed and even confirmed that over mail. Now the hr is not picking up my calls since last couple of days. Even she is not responding to my mails. I have the offer letter and their confirmation on mail that they will revise my doj once I get the lwd from my current employer. Now whom should I contact?

I don't want to poo poo on your expectations, but last year's percentages were embarrassingly low. The year prior wasn't bad, though.
^fake news. No ratings.
The firm isn’t going to completely change the comp structure. We’ve paid for performance for years, and we’ll continue to do so. Top performers will get higher bonuses just like always, and the amounts will be based on firm performance. If you’re staying in PA for the annual bonuses, you’re in the wrong industry my friends.
From last year when discussed
When are they paid out?
Is the PBB around 1-2%?
How will they do them this year with no 3,4 and 5s?
No one know how they will be assigned this year. In prior years, I don’t recall anything topping 15%
Paid August 15. 3’s get 3% 4’s get 4% and 5 get 7% (senior) 10% (manager) 13% (snenior manager)
Ey4. I mean officially there are no ratings but people are going to be lumped into top 10 percent , next 20 percent etc. and ey6 firm results much better this year expect at least 1 percent more
.79% more to go from a 4 to a 5. Sort of says it all right there
EY8 I lost my mind seeing that last year because for seniors they raised the percentage for 4s from FY16 and dropped 5s down from above 7%
And now we have useless, terrible LEAD where we don't get numbers, yet somehow are on a plot. Thanks HR for streaming bullshit at us, it makes us feel great. Everyone gets a gold standard, you get a gold standard, hooray.
