Thinking I'm going to sue their asses for negligence

Not freezing credit. Not signing up for their services or signing anything. Will deal with each and every security breach as it comes. I'm thinking I'll make $500 doing nothing, thousands and thousands potential upside through litigation. I am not an ambulance chaser type but I've had enough of their shit.
I did a guesstimate from where I cancelled a credit monitoring service and was charged for a month. Received a whole year back in settlements spaced over time. That was a clerical error and the courts gave me good returns from doing nothing - I had already taken care of my own stuff. What about all the widows and orphans though?
