I am seeing children and adults complaining of worsening allergies this year. I am in Michigan. Are other PA's seeing a similar trend with their patients?

Anyone cashing out of investments in preparation for a recession, or should I stick to keeping as is and not try to time the market? Very long term horizon.

Anyone else just having a rough day? I got bad medical news about a family member over the weekend and my mind has just been so preoccupied.
