What’s something new you’ve started in distance learning that will carry with you into next year?
I have an offer to a commercial real estate company in hand. My current brokerage (residential focus) wants me to pay $3000 penalty since I’m breaking the contract and leaving. I’m financially struggling and 3k is a big number to pay now. The new job will be paying me $2000/month up until the first year only. Is it wise to pay or stick around in residential sales just to avoid that penalty?

Can someone tell me what is GME doing? Is the endgame really a thing? Sorry, I know a lot of people don’t want to hear about it anymore.
Ex-boss, now external, offered me a role. Offer is not “official” but it’s a serious offer. Was asked to consider joining so I can go through the HR/recruiting process of a formal offer. While I would leave to work for them, I’d prefer to stay if I was offered the same money at current firm. Should I or can I talk to my current manager about a raise while mentioning this unofficial offer? I don’t want to burn bridge with ex-boss by going through hr process to then decline if current firm matches
I had salary discussion with HCL by March 15,after that March 25 i submitted document to HR. HCL will send offer letter or not??? HCL Technologies

Hi Everyone! I’m a newly promoted S1 in a Top 10 in NYC. I’m trying to join KPMG right after 10/15 in their federal business tax group. Is it too early to apply and ask for referrals, or should I wait till we’re closer to 10/15? I reached out to KPMG recruiters on LinkedIn, but no response yet. Thank you all!
When I joined Fishbowl the only data analytics category was this one… “Data and Analytic in Advertising and Marketing” - which feels so specific and represents such a small segment of all data analytics. I created a more general “Data analytics & data science” bowl - its open to all. Hope you will consider joining…

I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason. Am I black listed because of PIP? Please share your insights
