What’s something new you’ve started in distance learning that will carry with you into next year?

I have an offer to a commercial real estate company in hand. My current brokerage (residential focus) wants me to pay $3000 penalty since I’m breaking the contract and leaving. I’m financially struggling and 3k is a big number to pay now. The new job will be paying me $2000/month up until the first year only. Is it wise to pay or stick around in residential sales just to avoid that penalty?

Hello, I am in low income housing and have been in the field as a property manager for 20 years. Money is not the greatest so I am looking to venture into commercial property management or real estate. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

While I would leave to work for them, I’d prefer to stay if I was offered the same money at current firm. I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason. I got an offer from another organization of almost double of my current ctc, my current organization offering me a Manager post in Abroad and asking me to withdraw my resign, it will take 4-6 month in visa processing, I am left with 30 days out of 90 days of my notice period. Should I accept the offer? Can my visa get rejected even with the job offer? Would it be a good decision to not take double salary for next six month.. as visa processing can take time and in this corona time its mor tough
