Used to work as an AE at Yelp. Got laid off. What do you think the areas of opportunity are right now in the world of sales? Still a good time to be in tech?
What are some areas people have gone on to work in after big 4 international tax?? Seriously considering exits options
Uber driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal, so now I have to go through the peasant security line with all the Spirit and Frontier people. Don't they know that I'm a Delta medallion member???
I thought Arnold New York was having layoffs,...just had a recruiter call me about a job. Thinking all those chats about layoffs were just a myth.
Do any of us actually love consulting or do we do it for the benefits (ie money, travel perks, exit opportunities)?
Am I the only one feels like a caveman while using Lotus? (seriously don’t understand why Lotus since it is 2020)

My (unfortunate) prediction 2020/2021 1. McConnell and Senate Republicans jam through a new Supreme Court justice because it was never about “giving the people a say”...obviously 2. Biden wins the election and Democrats take the senate holding 50-52 seats 3. With outrage on the left over the new Supreme Court justice and an obstructionist opposition under Minority Leader McConnell, Democrats scrap the senate filibuster 4. The end of any semblance of bipartisanship in America
MBB folks, what’s the glamour with FAANG to you? I ask because I have done multiple strategy projects for/with FAANG, and could likely get an offer, but I still want MBB 🤨 Am I missing something?

Applied for H1B this year - advanced degree and PP. If I haven't heard back should I assume I probably didn't get it?
Reposting here for your opinion. Thoughts on accepting 2 offers and minimizing the risk of H1B transfer denial? For context, I have a valid H1B visa that is stamped. I feel bad for moral reasons, but also want to be practical in the current situation. TIA!
