I think at our place you might have to be on a conference call during labor
Heat is 4 months maternity and paternity at full pay.
6-8 weeks FMLA, 6 weeks agency leave, ability to tack on PTO, and an optional reentry plan at the equal pay percentage for up to a year (1 day/week for 1/5th pay up to 4 days at 4/5th) -- saving PTO is prob the best way to extend, otherwise you might need to go on unpaid leave.
6 months for the primary care giver
Our company is 12 weeks including FMLA and then you can take up to 4 more weeks vacation. I know a Director level person at another WPP company who negotiated at least 6-8 months off but I'm sure it's not all paid and she's not coming back to her exact spot. But guaranteed a job.
