Not a litigator but two weeks Ago during a very contentious negotiation with about 30 people on a call my 6 year old daughter ran into the bathroom connected to my office and took a loud dump while I was trying to explain a complicated issue. Don’t know if everyone heard the act but they definitely heard the flush

It was a client meeting, but a former client of mine had her young child (3 or 4 years old) run buck naked in the background with underwear on his head screaming at the top of his lungs. She was absolutely mortified. I was crying laughing telling her it was fine.

Why does everyone feel the need to announce their arrival to a Skype call? And then, unless someone comes off mute and acknowledges them, they'll just keep saying their names.
