KPMG I’m confused on your referral process. Had a friend refer me before I made an account, made an account, applied to two jobs and got rejected (that’s fine). But if I want to apply to a third job, will it still be under her referral or do I need a new referral? (She said she can’t refer me again for 12 months) I’m not even sure if I applied correctly under her referral. The first two jobs I applied for were through talent community as I normally would without a referral. Help, I’m so lost :(

I would ask about team structure and what their philosophy is for dealing with issues as they come up.
I would ask about the challenges the company is facing and how they see your role helping to address those challenges
If it’s the hiring manager, then I’d ask what is their definition of an ideal employee. Sometimes company culture is slightly different from team culture..
I always try to ask about the culture. I also like to ask what the average number of years employees on the team have been there for. It speaks to the culture a bit to know if there is alot of turnover.
Ask how they adjusted for Covid and how they supported employees. It’s been a VERY telling question for me.
Try to ask how they've helped employees in the past 2 to 3 years with the WFH setup and in giving their employees mental health breaks. It will tell you how they treat their employees
