Stay ahead by meal prepping and setting workout goals—it keeps your energy up. Mentally, I swear by a clear to-do list and setting boundaries to avoid burnout. And emotionally? Lean on your crew; venting and laughs help! Oh, and stock up on caffeine.. you’ll need it! What’s your go-to survival tip?

like

I work out in the mornings, find it more efficient/achievable that way

One thing that I do is stock up on non perishable foods (soup/cereal/snacks, etc.) and personal use items (shampoo/conditioner, TP, paper towels, etc.), so when I go grocery shopping I can stay mostly to the fresh foods and not have as much to worry about on the personal side. Also, get all appointments (doctor, dentist, car oil changes, etc.) done or scheduled in advance as well as bills (thank you autopay!).
Having my personal life in a bit more order helps me stay focused during busy season and improve my productivity.

Anecdotally, the pay & culture seems good at those companies, but are there significant cons to "finance analyst" type roles in those orgs which would deter you from working from them? (I.e work hours, progression etc?)
