100% remote! Always and forever.
My company shifted to full remote permanently and told employees they are welcome to live anywhere in the US or Canada. The current office we have in the US has a hoteling policy currently, so local employees can request a desk if they would like to work from the office

I'm not particularly excited about the idea at large. I didn't go to the office much before and I don't feel like going to a client site right now.
We are fully remote now, which I actually feel a little sad about because I'd love to come in for meetings occasionally and to spend time with coworkers.
