Ladies how do you handle dinners? This is the only meal I'm 'in charge of' at home but I'm always at a loss for what to do. Do you guys just make what you feel like, do you ask your spouse each day what he feels like, do you have a schedule or menu of sorts so both of you know what's coming up for dinner that day?

For those of you with kids in daycare, does it make more sense to have the daycare close to home or close to work? Why?

I recently moved to industry. The role is exactly what I wanted but for longer hours than I had hoped for. I was hoping 7 - 3:30 and then check in in the evening as my boss said as long as core hours cross, hours can be whenever…. But every time he wants to talk, it’s like 4 or 4:30 and we often go to 6. So I’m working 7 - 6 with just small breaks throughout the day. Additionally, I am constantly evaluating finances to see how likely it is for me to quit… how do I evaluate abandoning my career

Anyone have tips on actually “stopping the grind”? I’m in my second trimester of a high risk pregnancy and on busy clients until I’m due. (Senior Associate). Told my mgr and HR that I am expecting, but am still having to work until 2 am. Not getting enough sleep isn’t good my doctor said. How do I communicate this with my mgr? If I don’t stay up until al hours of the night, I won’t be able to get all my allocation done.. I’m stuck.

Has anyone here ever gotten a liquid facelift? I’ve never gotten anything before so I’m curious whether this is too aggressive to start with. If you got one, what did it cost? How much upkeep?

How do you guys keep your house clean with toddlers and have time to work full time, work out, cook, play with toddlers, take them to activities, etc? I've never been a super tidy person but I really do enjoy a clean home and try but I have the hardest time keeping up. I did at one time have a housekeeper which helped but we can't afford it at the moment. Just doesn't feel like there's enough hours in the day to get it all done.

FTM and first one in my friend’s circle to have a baby. Feeling pretty lost on when to do what. Like when do I sign up for a Lamaze class, and do I even need it. What other classes I need? And is my obgyn going to tell me when to start with the perineal massage. I am not even sure how I know of these terms but what if there is something out there I could do or I need to do and I don’t know about it.

How do you balance "taking care of" your child vs "catering" to your child? Esp littler ones 2-4 yo who do still really need a lot of help. I sometimes struggle to determine, am I taking care of you as your mother, or am I at your beck-and-call?!

Anyone have advice on reviving a marriage that hasn't gotten any attention for too many years because kids and work come first?
My husband and I are pretty good co-parents, which is great, but he isn't very responsive to my attempts to make time for romance, & the relationship has died down after 19 years. (Sex is good but the emotional connection isn't.) Last kid at home graduates in 5 years, and we may become one of those couples that divorces after the kids leave the nest.

Did anyone stop breast milk/formula at 12 months and not replace with cow milk? A bit concerned about hormones/additives and would like to have all necessary nutrition from foods instead. What did 12+ month old eat? Lots of cheese and yogurt?
