smile even if you have to fake it. if you smile long enough your brain will think you’re happy and help with confidence. i fake it to make it quite a bit lol
A good walk always helps me!
Make sure to list all your accomplishments that you are proud of, and put effort it.
Simple things like striking work life balance to bigger things like hosting virtual conferences for 10000+ employees in your teams. Remember to note everything that you consider important.
I am sure you’ve been amazing at this hustle and will be a cheerleader for yourself. You’ve got this! ❤️
Start talking to yourself nicer. We are the harshest critics to ourselves and you need to find things you like about you and disregard that which you think you don't. I don't know about you, but there are things I say about/to myself that I would never say to another human being. I am working on that!
Could it be due to burnout? Maybe take some time off to do something fun. When I need a confidence boost, I like to learn a new skill completely unrelated to my job like a new exercise class, baking something complicated, aerial yoga, signing up/training for a race, etc. It gets me out of my head and reminds me that I’m capable of more than I give myself credit for.
