Started a family real estate trust, 3 siblings who were in the military will be getting VA loans on duplexes. Fastest and easiest way to expand with low risk.

Continue my annual saving minimum I set this past year of at least 40K a year. My saving rate is around 50% with this number. This past year, I was able to save closer to 50K due to pandemic. We got a 5% raise so I think that 50K again should be an attainable target.
Hopefully hit 500K net worth, majority of it invested by the end of 2021. I will be age 32.5 then. I have about 14.5K in student loans which I don't care to pay off quickly because they are at around 2%.
Really hoping to be able to find property to purchase for investment living/future investment purposes in the fall. Instead of putting cash towards it, I'd like to borrow against my investment accounts which would be at a very low interest rate and use that as a down payment.
