Start studying for the GMAT so I can get into bschool. I also want to buy an investment property so I can have a passive income while in bschool. Finally, I want to do a half marathon once large events are able to be held again, so this one may end up dragging into 2022 😂.

1) Lose 25 lbs by my friend's wedding (I'm a bridesmaid) in mid September so I look better when I have to see a bunch of people from high school that I haven't seen in 15 years. I've never really tried to lose weight before, but I definitely put on the pandemic 15.
2) Secure promotion to MD this year.
Lose 20 lbs by July, level up professionally, and get an am routine together.

Tone the loose skin I have as a result of massive weight loss (100lbs over the past 3-4 yrs)....or leave consulting at a frothy exit multiple such that I can afford body contouring surgery lmao
@McK6 I had been trying for years and had steadily been changing my diet, but things accelerated with the pandemic. Here were some of my techniques in broad strokes:
- Used the pandemic to reset eating habits (not being on the road and doing my own groceries was a game changer - basically had an 80/20 rule for clean / healthy shopping vs ordering and eating out)
- Drastically reduced animal protein intake and going mostly Pescetarian with my diet
- Replaced beer with wine and scotch (and reduced consumption in general due to fewer team dinners / airport beers etc...and actually having to pay for alcohol was a deterrent!)
- Accidentally started 16/8 intermittent fasting (seemingly always on Zoom meetings to start the pandemic and wasn't eating until noon anyway - been at this 10 months now)
- Creating a morning workout routine and turning it into a habit (was also working out in a fasted state which I'm sure accelerated fat burn)
I never tracked calories or anything, but I guarantee I was in a significant calorie deficit as a result of my fitness output.
