Kind of hate myself for admitting this but try to meet someone. Actively started “dating” again this year after a long time of not prioritizing it.
It’s mine too, but someone whom I can really connect with. I’ve dated around this year, but haven’t met someone I wanted to pursue something long term with :(
Wear sunscreen everyday and make more sustainable purchases instead of fast fashion.

Go to bed at 11 and wake up at 8 everyday. That would be a real game changer for me
Train for, and hike, Half Dome. Bench my body weight. Deadlift 400lbs. Eat a little cleaner. Bill less than 2100 hours.
Pick a lifting program and just stick with it. Common beginning ones that utilize compound/barbell movements are Starting Strength, StrongLifts 5x5, and 5/3/1. There are a lot of YouTube videos and other resources to look up how to do a lift if you don't know how. You can also get a personal trainer for a bit to learn. Wear flat shoes like Converse when you squat and deadlift - not squishy running/tennis shoes. Don't be afraid to ask the biggest dudes in the gym quick questions - they are actually always the nicest ones who love to answer questions and talk to newer people about lifting.
