What are your recommendations for an ATS system for a company of about 150-200 people?

NOT lever. We have it and will be switching (likely to Greenhouse) when your year is up. We are 50-100 employees

ApplicantPro is awesome! It's an ATS and sourcing platform in one. Tons of applicants with each opening.

When I worked for a 150-200 person company, we used Bullhorn and I felt it was solid.

For a small company, I would recommend a cheaper ATS like an ADP or possibly a Paycom. Workday is one of my favorites but they are quite pricey, as well as offering more than a small company would need.

We are a small global company (400 employees) and we use Bamboo for our HRIS and ATS. It’s pretty inexpensive and has good functionality for recruitment. We’ve been really happy.

Go with greenhouse. It has better reporting capabilities IMO.

Bullhorn works good for small companies you can also use Salesforce and customize it -cheapest

Greenhouse is great for small-to-medium sized companies. It’s more expensive than its other mid market competitors, but the extra spend is absolutely worth it.

I was evaluating ATS for our small team of 100 and liked Smartrecruiters and Greenhouse. Has anyone used Smartrecruiters ?

I made the switch from smart recruiters to greenhouse and while it is pricey, it’s definitely worth it

Are you just looking for something to track external applicants or do you have other components that you want, such as employee referral, recurring event management, internship pages, and languages?

JazzHR, Greenhouse, and Bamboo HR are good for small companies

JazzHR

We have been using ClearCompany for a few years and I love how it can grow with us. We have about 120 employees now, so a little smaller than you but I think it is a great tool for a smaller price than some of the other big dogs!

We're currently using Jazz HR and it's great! Easy to navigate and helped us streamline our hiring process. Very reasonable pricing as well.

We really enjoy breezyHR. Very user friendly

Lever

VIVAHR is new and very affordable

Looking at the way people are laid off, utilization is just one part of it. It's so hard to pin point what is (proper consultants let go from projects, etc..)

Hi 🐠, need some advice. Was told by my manager that time doing research (for info related to my client) is not client billable and has to be charged to the overhead code. This strikes me as fundamentally wrong, esp bc this is a flat rate project so the hours will just affect my utilization / internal metrics, not how much the client is billed. I asked for a non-billable code that counts towards utilization but was told my utilization is fine even though I’d be billing <40hrs & to use OH code

Currently at 85k base. I got an offer for a Corporate Strategy in industry for 120k base (trying to negotiate to 130). I need to sign the written offer in 3 biz days. I’m also interviewing for a PM role at a startup and was told I’m in the short list. Startup couldn’t give me any specifics because they are still interviewing but said they aren’t worried they can’t meet the Corporate Strategy offer. Can I sign the offer while waiting on the PM and leave for the PM role afterwards?

I have been unhappy about my current job for a bit now, been at the company for almost 10 years, and have started looking for a new job. I have a solid job offer on the table, but a newer PE group just reached out and are looking for a high level either VP or Director of retail sales (my specialty). I am more interested in this private equity group as I would get to build a whole team and really make a retail strategy but they are newer so I am unsure the stability. Thoughts on working for a PE?
