Depends on the role.
For a senior software engineer at big N, that’s a bad deal.
For a non tech low level role, it’s a nice bonus to get every year.

Id basically value this similar to a $6250 bonus.
In tech, there is significant upside…my current RSUs have more than doubled. I do not like firms that back end their vesting (e.g. amazon) but you essentially have a flat vest
