If that date is accurate you’re probably fine. Cribs are not allowed to be sold or resold that were designed prior to 6/28/2011. There’s a few things I’d check to make sure:
1) find a manufacturer sticker and make sure there have been no recalls
2) confirm it does not have a drop-side (e.g. manufactured prior to 2011)
3) you have all of the parts and screws per the owners manual (google search to find one or reach out to the manufacturer)

Thanks for this, did not know this. I did contact the manufacturer and figured it's manufactured in 2015.

As long as it’s in good condition and not totally worn down it should be fine. Also if it’s the thick wood quality, those last forever it seems!
