Education has to happen sometime for you to have success. If they can’t do it/don’t understand it you should escalate that to the PM.
Completely agree with this. The sheer process of going through the process of filling out the workbook helps them understand wtf is going once they get into the tenant
That’s basically every LE customer I’ve been on...it’s a recipe for a tough project E2E. The clients who don’t know how their requirements don’t know how to do E2E/UAT testing or validate conversion data usually

I see Unit Testing as more like “we’re not sure between option A and option B, let’s explore both.” But if you hit the end of Unit Testing and this stuff isn’t locked down, you’re in for a bumpy ride ahead.
