Hello, need a bit of love for dm. Thanks
Kitty is supervising deck creation.
Any openings in TCS for SAP SD?
I have a year of experience out of college in engineering and consulting. I recently saw a business planning, Apple Music role at Apple that I feel like I’m a good fit for and was wondering if anyone would be willing to refer me. I’m passionate about music and am a producer during my free time and feels like this role sits at the intersection between music, tech, and strategy. If someone would like to chat a bit more about it, would love to reach out!
Bill for every second you spend. If they don't like the total they'll change behavior. There's really not much else you can do. Depending upon how long they go without communication you may have a duty to withdraw.
If they are poorer, they may have a pay-as-you-go phone or may have moved Just make a record of it. I always tell my staff and co-workers: call, text, email, letter. There are also companies that send someone to the last known address and you can skip trace. If their contact info is still the same, send a warning message that you will withdraw if they continue to ignore communication.
Cc your paralegal and delegate follow up to the paralegal.
I’m returning to this comment 19 weeks later to say thank you!! I’ve started delegating to my assistant to do follow-up and it has really made a difference.

A good client takes your call.
A good email will state that you have 3 questions you need answered and then number and bold the questions with a space to answer.

One suggestion on formatting your questions: as few words as possible and as much as possible structure the questions to be answered yes or no. I have found if I ask a question with multiple parts, I almost always get an answer to only one part, and usually the last part. Or if I ask “do you want X or Y?” the answer I get is “yes.” That’s why I ask “do you want X?” And then a new line “would you prefer Y?”

Objection to form.
I agree with the first response... bill for the time and maybe they will get it or they will pay you for your time so it’s fine. Also I usually have my clerk deal with follow up and if someone is really MIA I send many reporting letters outlining our attempts and their responsibilities and eventually get off record if necessary. Reporting letters and keeping track of all attempts even voicemails/no answer etc are really important.
This is one of those lessons that they don’t teach you in law school. I have literally showed up to clients houses to track them down.
