Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

I dont know anymore. I have a 4 year old and a 9 month old. My husband is an essential worker so is not home during the day.
I cant seem to have both work and keeping them alive under control lol. If one is in control the other is falling apart.
My husband is a police officer on night shift and I have an 18 month old. Thankfully our nanny is still coming in, but on days she can’t, I set up a playpen in my office and put on the tv for her. I block off my schedule for her breakfast and lunch, and try to do all my work during her nap time. Husband wakes up around 3 and takes her until he leaves for work at 6. Then I finish anything I missed after bedtime. Good luck mama!
I try to do outdoor time twice a day if the weather is at all decent. I can take a call or answer email on my phone while my 2 year old digs up worms. Tiny city backyard but he doesn’t seem to mind at all.
Still trying to figure out, I have a 4 yo and a 16 month old. Only feeding them 3 meals a day plus snacks takes me at least 3-4 hours, plus putting my little one to sleep, and try to do some home learnings with my older one. So I end up only attend calls and reply urgent emails during the day and catch up on work at night and weekends. Feel like I am failed both being parents and at work...

I am in a similar boat ... try to get work done early morning or late night
Same - honestly it’s really hard. I try to keep my daughter on a schedule but it is basically coming down to doing the most important stuff that’s needs to get done first and hope and pray that’s enough for the day. I cram a lot of hours in on Saturday’s now just to get my hours in
I have a 6 yo, 4 yo and 2 yo. I caved in to letting the nanny come. Husband works full time too!
