I love a comfy button-up with leggings; I also have some turtlenecks from Aerie that look great on camera but are made of sweatshirt material.

I have a couple three-quarter length sleeve mock turtlenecks from Ann Taylor loft that are super soft. I wear them with leggings, but am on the hunt to find things a bit thinner/lighter for summer!

What WFH upgrades have people made? I still see executives working off a laptop from their dining room table and wonder how they’ve done that for 18 months. I already had a decent desk/monitor, bought a bee webcam, and just upgraded by desk chair (should have done that a year ago!).

Hello! I just received an offer from Deloitte USDC coming on as a Investigations Senior Consultant @ $110k, $5k signing bonus, 100% remote position (requested) Can Someone explain what benefits are afforded to me? Is the 401k match the same? Recruiter stated 3 weeks and 3 days of PTO…does that mean 18 days or 24 days? Also, can someone clarify the parental leave policy as compared to core? Can these be negotiated? I’ve been a 10 year Special Agent/Federal Agent and Officer with the military. Tx!

I hate the city I live in but I love my agency. Since we’ve been wfh for months (and it looks like the rest of the year) I want to ask if I can continue to work remote so I can move somewhere I’m happy. Thoughts on how to approach management?

Hi Fishes. I have my joining in Infosys on Monday but I hardly received any communication on the details. Have filled to the details on Launchpad and it's 90% complete since my graduation and CA are overlapping and are uneditable currently. Does anyone have any idea of onboarding in Infosys and what shall be next step? And shall it be remote or I need to travel to my base location?

This fight has gotten real! I’ve been offered a job, advertised as remote, but they want to have a blended program with teachers on campus. Small school, 10-15 to a class... maybe, masks ( I’ll have to ask if they’re mandatory), distancing and a continuous cleaning staff. Sounds great but I’m 62 with 5 underlying conditions! Have to negotiate a contract Monday... I’m hoping I’ll be able to work on-line as NV is one of the growing hotspots in this Pandemic!

Hey Mates I'm working in pretty good fintech firm. I'm in my 30s with 2 kids and they are calling everyone to office by January I want remote job and would never want to live in any city again. Wondering which route to opt? 1. Start investing in open source and build a profile, find freelance jobs on upwork/Fiverr Or 2. Start giving interviews in remote jobs. FYI I'm terrible at interviews and spoken communications. Please provide your inputs. I want to work remote with good pay.

Anyone know of any agencies open to a fully remote copywriter (East Coast, USA, if that matters, but I’m not fussy)? I'm struggling to get back into the real agency world after some time in small-market purgatory. Also, if there are any CDs willing to check out my book and give me an honest assessment on whether they think it's good enough to get a job with, it would be much appreciated. Can DM anyone willing to have a look.

I recently transitioned to wfh full-time, in house. Amazing gig - I’m not complaining - but I literally never have to wear suits or anything fancy. Coworkers wear t-shirts, rarely blouses. My background is litigation, so I’m used to wearing sweaters, cardigans, suits, dresses. I don’t want to be the only one wearing business casual outfits but I can’t bring myself to wear a tank top/t-shirt and sweats/leggings every day. Advice for what to wear to wfh now that I’m just dressing for me? (Cont.)

Does anyone have a SO who doesn’t quite get the whole remote work thing? My SO sees nice weather outside and wants to leave in the middle of the day to grill or get outside, and gets frustrated when I say I need to stay on the computer. I don’t have crazy amounts of work, but I do have a manager who needs to know the hours I work every day. Does anyone else have a partner like this? If so, what do you tell them?

Do you also hate "sandwich feedback" (praise, criticism, praise)? I know it's part of western culture. But clear and direct feedback should be enough. Working 12 hours a day, no one should have to waste time on this.

I am scared to take a medical leave of absence for depression / burnout even though I know and my therapist agrees it would be the best thing for me to do right now. I feel like I will be removed from my current team and I will be marked in the office as “weak” (even though I was rated 2 and then 1 for PYs) and it will ruin my chances of being promoted to senior next July. Are my fears valid? Will this medical LOA derail my career progression? Or am I thinking about it the wrong way?

I went back asking for more and have been sternly told that's not possible as I'm already being offered more than what their bandings allow.
