I track mine meticulously and last year spent $98k. $24k was mortgage, another ~$12k were home repairs, and ~$15k on a 3 week vacation that was my mom's bday present and my switching jobs present to myself. The rest was just living.
~24K, 50% of that is rent
Oh actually and I bought a boat for $15k. So hopefully I will spend a lot less in 2017.
3 years out, try to spend conservatively but don't always keep to it
~120k. Of which, 30% is mortgage/taxes/insurance
