Everything is negotiable. Variable bonuses might be easiest to negotiate but you have the least likelihood of actually getting them. Depending on the company - there’s usually a range that they have that can be negotiated for the base. I’d say stock or equity is easier to negotiate for more as well. For early stage companies they always like to hear you Balte the equity.

Seconding this, everything is negotiable. Even things they didn't mention you can put on the table like a signing bonus. Worst case, they say no.

Easiest is RSU, my offer didn’t offer a signing bonus but I asked for one and they gave it to me. Base probably has the narrowest range. Of course, depends on role & company.
