So my 22 year old little brother starts his engineering job straight out of college with a base salary of $135k plus $25k worth of annual equity and automatic cell phone and fitness credits. Late night thoughts - I cannot figure out when to throw in the towel on consulting. I just switched to a Big 4 role two weeks ago and I feel like my stress has shot up significantly. I hate traveling for work and I want a role with good WLB. I know two weeks is nothing and I feel like a failure for giving up so easily but I feel I'm just not made out for this kind of life. Should I just suck it up and stick it out for two more years for the exit opps?
