Got an offer for Electronic Arts (EA) Manager for North America (Canada) remote for 100k base CAD, 15 percent bonus and around low 40ks RSU (assuming it's USD). How much higher can the base be in Canada for EA for a Manager role? Base seems low even at 110 CAD. It's a corporate role so not anything technical or product related. Most or all the more senior managers are in the USA. Electronic Arts (EA)

I am working at MSLGROUP as an Associate, less than 1 yoe , they have asked me to relocate in 4 weeks to the Location (currently wfh).
Also I have an offer from one of the competitors based in my City.
Relocating will shoot up my expenses and joining the competitor is kind of a downgrade in terms of brand.
What do you think guys?

I would rent hospital grade. Medela symphony is great
or 6) Medela Symphony hospital-grade, (would rent and be $200+ more than any of the above, but would do it if really worth it)
I did this and would do again-- ANY advantage when you're already sleep deprived is worth the additional cost!!
Medela freestyle flex!
I used spectra 1 plus for baby 1. It worked great, but is huge and takes up a lot of space if you want to travel with it. It is cordless which is great, but due to the size you have to carry it in your hand.
Freestyle flex is small enough to fit in your pocket! I’m currently using it for baby 2 and the size is great! I can easily walk around the house using it while also tending to my toddler. I get more volume with it than the spectra from my last pregnancy.
My baby was in the hospital for 3 months and during that time I used freestyle flex at home and hospital grade at the hospital. They got the same volume.
I will say my freestyle flex did stop working 2 months in, but medela was very quick to send me a new one for free. In the meantime I rented one from the hospital for free.
My freestyle flex unfortunately didn’t work for me and I donated it (got 6-8 oz from spectra and not even 1 oz from the freestyle). I’m sure it works well for others but just wanted to provide a not great perspective 😕
Twin mom here. I did have them three months early and had to exclusively pump so just putting that out there. I would choose option 6. I got the medela pump in style from my insurance and couldn’t use it since the suction was too much. I rented the medela symphony and was able to use it exclusively. My insurance ended up covering the rental fee for me but I plan on renting it again with my current pregnancy because with had such a positive experience. Good luck with your decision and I hope it all goes well!
Also my current firm also partners with a third party site that doesn’t cover rentals but I called my insurance and they will cover rental fees for hospital grade pump for as long as it’s needed so there may be a different place you can go through for that.

Spectra S1!
Is there a limit on the number of free breast pumps from different providers you can order with united healthcare? Do they charge full for the second one or partially cover cost.
