From what you shared, your greatest weakness is the lack of engagement/leadership after undergrad.
In the next 4 months I would:
- Reach out to the organizations you were a leader in during undergrad and see how you can add value as an alum.
- Find something to lead at work - ERG, program for interns - show some creativity and innovation
- Look to get involved with some sort of tech incubator locally and offer your skills to support their initiatives.
Also, you need to have a compelling narratives that explains why you want to move from your role at Deloitte into Tech/VC/Entrepreneurship (pick one!) Is there a particular problem that you want to solve? Why? What impact do you want to make?
Finally, you need to research the resources at each program as they align with your goals and interests.
Good luck! Your stats serve as a solid foundation. You appear to be a strong applicant. NOW you have to submit strong applications.
Thank you, D1. That's very encouraging!
I'll try to improve my EC side in the next few months
I got into 4 M7s with similar stats. Shoot your shot.
Thanks, SC1. Appreciate it!
Will be tough coming from big 4... great gmat and gpa though! Congrats
Thanks! I'm trying to use the next few months to prep as much as possible
