For salty I second popcorn

Popcorn- low cal and filling! The low calorie ice cream pints are pricy but satisfying, like halo top. Cut out regular ice cream though or you’ll remember how much better it is.
Protein shake with lots of ice in a dessert flavor is also good

High protein ice cream from a ninja creami. Worth the investment if you are an ice cream junkie like I am.

Otherwise, honestly just try eating 4-6 ounces of some basic chicken and having a big glass of water. Those cravings are normally just hunger / thirst. Knock it out with something that keeps you on track. I will frequently do that then make a tea and put in some stevia/monk fruit. The hot water tamps down my hunger and hits a little of the sweet. If that still isn’t working, I go to sleep haha. 😂

If it’s more emotional cravings (we all get them), then lots of good suggestions above.

It turns out things that I’ve considered personality defects are actually symptoms of this disorder. Interrupting people, saying inappropriate things, swirling on a topic for days: all issues I’ve battled with since childhood and finally have an answer.

Hi fishes,
I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?

3rd yr here in a mid size firm. I’ve been struggling in the mental health dept. I was on leave for 3 wks and have returned to work in June.
