I’ve worked in a PE previously and then spent last couple years with a public accounting firm and the partners are discussing partnership role in 1-2 years. I’m not sure yet if this what I want to do and don’t feel very excited about that role. How many years have you been in consulting, and how many flights have you missed? For me, 3 years and 2 flights. Technically missed several other flights as well but they weren’t a big deal (next flight took off in an hour and I still got there before anyone else) or were on purpose (called delta and asked to be transferred to the next flight because I wanted to sleep in more). 2 flights that were actually an issue - final answer.
