A nice one bed, lower floor (10-30) lux high rise
It’s the same in Miami now with all the transplants.
You can definitely make this budget work in Williamsburg
Oh I want a 2 bdrm tho
Washington heights, maybe Harlem, LES if you know someone, usually the outer boroughs you can find good deals, I got a killer deal on a 1BR in Astoria, 20 mins to work on the N/W
You can get a nice one bed in a high rise in like Lower Manhattan besides Tribeca, and some of the areas around that. You could also get a solid place in Williamsburg Brooklyn near domino park
Download streeteasy, set the limit and area and see what you get.
Downtown Brooklyn has a bunch of nice high rises. Check out city tower. I have an amazing 1 bed room for 4100 with great views

This. The neighborhood feels a little dystopian but the housing options are great if you want amenities at a reasonable price

Paying 3200 in a luxury-ish apt in downtown bk rn to dumbo. Doorman, big open space, gym, elevator..only thing missing is a pool. I feel like tenants are about as bad as landlords on here cos why people got such high ass responses every time there's a rent question.
Currently looking for an apartment with one other roommate in nyc, anything comfortable so far has been in the lowest part of Manhattan, upper east side, and Brooklyn.
We both make over 6 figures and decided that 4500 is going to be our cap for finding an apartment. Any other neighborhood is tough but good deals lie around everywhere, you just have to actively monitor the market and be prepared to sign a lease the moment you see the apartment if you like it before it gets taken
Adobe stock has done well thi
Should I up my budget to 6k? I’d like to make one of the rooms my office
