Any one have any insight on VC analyst roles? And how MBA programs view them? I have 3.5 years big 4 tax experience and am interviewing for a VC analyst role with a small VC. It’s a small firm of 3 people so I’m not sure if analyst in this situation means the typical understanding of this role as entry level.

My company has known about my move to a new department for over a month. Usually for any staffing changes, they send a department-wide email at least 2 weeks to 3 days in advance.
