I am not sure what to do. My company just had another round of massive layoffs. So far my job was spared. 1)With me joining a project so late, can I expect a Variable Pay in March 2023?
2)The manager told me I have flexibility to choose 2-11 shift or work in morning as everyone is flexible here. What must I do officially to get that monthly shift allowance?

I joined MarshMcLennan as QA Lead Module with 21 LPA CTC and 18.6 LPA fixed.
Work exp - 9 years
Manual Testing - 3 years
Automation(Java Selenium)- 5 years
RPA UiPath-1 year.
Completed 3 weeks in MarshMcLennan and feel like the work culture is not suitable as there is no agile process and I am working in manual testing.
Am i compensated well enough or did I take the wrong decision to join MarshMcLennan.

Guys I don’t want to move to hybrid model which is mandatory by employer starting January. Because of this I will have to coke to office twice a week, now issue is my meetings run very late even until 12 at midnight. I’m comfortable with wfh and even if company suggests me to take late meetings from home by maybe staying in office until usual time (12pm -9pm) this will have my work day stretched and I will have zero personal life.
