Hi all,
I have two campus EY Deloitte on the table from Deloitte Tax (BTS), and EY Tax (DSG). Both are located in the SF Bay Area. Deloitte is paying 2k higher base and a 2k higher bonus.
I have to make my decision by the end of next week, so I’d appreciate some input and opinions on which offer I should take.
Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

Best ideas for a relatively cheap date?
I was originally paid 110k as an SE even though I had over a decade of experience. I went back and was able to get a bump up to 135k after I was able to show how underpaid I was - I asked for 175k. It was a good thing I did that because my company implemented a 20% pay reduction two months after that bump due to pandemic which put me back to 108k 🥴. That’s a really tough salary for NYC. That’s how I found my way to Sales and am crushing quota. I finally feel like I get out what I put in - that’s purely thru commission. I won’t say how much I make now ;)
Careerist.com has a tech boot camp course for Tech sales. Also coursecareers.com

They were not. Don’t be afraid of change or switching companies. Culture Is important as well but I’ve found it all to be extremely similar across larger tech firms with very minor differences
