I am working as UNIX system administrator and i have joined company some months back. Again i am into round the clock shift, full pressure, Leads and managers insults.. I thought to take 2-3 months break in-between plan to start(self study) on devops/cloud environment . So that i can switch my line to come out off 15years work pressure. I’m currently working as a fraud specialist for a big delivery gig company. I am a “contractor”
For 6 months & was informed back in the interview they can extend it to up to 2 years if not hired on as a full time employee in that time frame. I was wondering if anyone had any advice to try to become a full time employee by the end of contract? I’m 3 months in and I’d say I’m doing pretty well there. I like what I do, my boss, my team.
