Hello! Is anyone working at Spotify or HubSpot within product/project management that would be willing to connect for a virtual coffee chat?
I’m a recent grad and currently working in tech/product development. I have been interested in growing my career at either of these companies and would be grateful to gain insight on day-to-day and steps you took to successfully break in.
I know this might be a big ask here, but it’s been difficult trying to land one on LinkedIn. Thanks in advance

Stood in security line (prior to Pre-Check) right behind Keanu Reeves at LAX. He was visibly agitated and said under his breath but loud enough for me to hear “man, these fuckers are slow”. I said “yea man, they suck”. Got through and grabbed my stuff quicker than him, looked back and gave him a bro head-nod and got one in return.
Was probably pissed he wasn’t flying private.
Ilhan Omar. I thanked her for her work—she was so gracious
I would vehemently disagree that the Israeli lobby has US interests in mind, having studied the region for 20 years. We now have made policy decisions that settlements in occupied West Bank are totally fine, but doing so isn’t in the interest of our own national security, it’s for purely political reasons with the Evangelical community.
Either I’m not very observant of celebrities in the airport/on the plane....or I’m just hella unlucky compared to all of you. 😂
I have no idea what any of them look like! I once talked to Barry Sanders for almost and hour and didn’t know it was him until I saw his credit card. 🤦🏻♀️
Idris Elba on a MARTA platform in Atlanta. Without even thinking I said, "what's up String?"
Yeah, he gave me a "cheers mate" in his British accent. It was decidedly un-Stringer Bell.
Sat next to Anderson Cooper on a flight back in 2004. He was just becoming famous, think he just got his own show. I told him I remembered him from channel 1 and we talked the whole flight. Super nice guy, was asking questions the whole flight, didn’t really occur to me until afterwards I was being interviewed.
Saw the points guy walking around NYC. Was in an elevator with Lin Manuel Miranda a few weeks later.
Chris Pratt on same flight going LAX to ATL.
Sean Penn in front of me in security and also at Delta lounge at LAX.
JK Simmons in Delta Lounge in ATL.
Sam L Jackson on flight from LAX to JFK.
That kid with curly hair from Stranger things on PHL to LAX.
Chrissy Metz (This is Us) from LAX to MCO.
Teddy from Grey’s Anatomy going JFK to LAX.
Jesse Ferguson from Modern Family going JFK to LAX.
While in NY for work, Justin Thoreau and Emma Stone came in after me at Sant Ambroeus.
Passed Olivia Wilde in the streets of Time Square.
Mark Cuban at a bar in Dallas when we used to have trainings at different offices.
I think that’s it. Just for work. Ran into other celebrities when I used to live in NY and now living in LA!
Saw Billie ellish at SFO in December and some nba players in Chicago over the last year. Also met PFT from barstool twice if that counts. I also watched 2 teenagers get into a street fight at 2 am in nyc with Michael Che but that wasn’t work related.
Oh and I saw jerry springer in cincy once. Didn’t know he used to be the mayor until after.
Russell Wilson and Ciara to SEA. Pauly D to Miami.
True but if it was a few years ago it was before Russ signed his $140 million contract
Does Senator Ted Cruz count? 🙄
Didn’t his dad kill JFK. According to our president anyway
Chris Jericho at The St. Louis airport. We rode the shuttle together and I commented on how much I loved his work on “I love the 80s”. He is much shorter in person, but his shoulders are massive
Eddie Griffin in Atlanta. One of the most surreal experiences because in included in his entourage was Andre Rison from the Atlanta Falcons and some crown prince from the emirates.
Dr. J on a flight from Atlanta to Philadelphia he was incredibly kind and gracious
Mayor ,Governor, and DNC chair Ed Randel. He is large, hairy and a strange shade of orange
Kevin Garnett and some random grocery store not too far from Wayzata Minnesota. He is very very tall and the diamond earrings he wears are beyond belief
Tim Meadows from SNL. I asked him if I could buy him a Courvoisier
John Boehner in an elevator at the W hotel in Minneapolis. It was me, him and about six secret service folks. He too is a strange shade of orange
Grandmaster flash and a bar in Atlanta. He was incredibly nice very funny and bought my parents cocktails

Bo Jackson
Asked for his autograph
Rejected
Really? I used to caddy for Bo while in HS and he was a standup dude... Guess at some point you just have to say no
I sat behind GSP (ex-MMA fighter) on a flight a few years ago. I made sure not to drive my knees in the back on his seat...
During a nice team dinner in LA, ate at the same restaurant with Natalie Portman. Her kid came next to our table, and she did as well. We were not cool.
Hulk Hogan and Vanilla Ice. Separate trips of course. No one plane could contain their combined awesomeness.
Oh Brother, anything less than the best is a felony.
Vice President Dick Cheney at a Fairfield Marriott in Poughkeepsie, NY of all places. Security people and dogs all over the place. He was on a hunting expedition, this was right after he had shot a person while hunting. Front desk personnel wouldn’t admit anything was up, denied anything was out of the ordinary. Didn’t find out until the morning who it was, I thought it might be a major prisoner or something. Didn’t sleep well! Weirdest travel experience ever.
Bless your heart
Sat next to Mr. T on a flight from Phoenix to Chicago
D5 you’ve now ruined my evening. Damn.
Went through security with “Pam” from the office at LAX. Was asked to relocate from a first class seat (into another) because Supreme Court justice Stephen Breyer wanted to sit next to his wife flying from IAD; it was sweet.
I sat next to Ruben Studdard on one of my flights. If that doesn’t give you serious FOMO then idk what to tell you
I saw AOC arriving at the Reagan National airport, flying the Delta shuttle from NYC. It was right after she tweeted about the price of croissants at LaGaurdia
