Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

I agree with SC1 but one trend that’s booming in the federal space is RPA. Something like uipath certs would be very helpful in that area.
Also agile/safe stuff I’ve seen a lot of(mostly safe).
I will give you fair warning - it can be eye bleedingly boring and repetitive. People who don’t understand it think it’s cool as hell, and it’s in high demand, but I think you would be surprised with how quickly you could tire of it. I think it will be around, especially federal/publicly, for some time to come, though.
Background has primarily been a bunch of pmo work. Software implementation projects (business analysis, process improvement), agile implementation, etc. Looking to expand on this and/or potentially get involved with new things. Left it intentionally vague as I welcome and appreciate all suggestions.
