How are they both different and should I accept Professional 1 Application Delivery or go back senior Java Developer?

I’m currently hired as a fully remote employee because I’m not in a position to relocate for a year or two, so it would be really good to hear about some perks you can think of for work from home situations (eg allowances etc.). Just trying to understand this aspect given so many things are simply no longer offered (and that’s fine).
