Its been more than 2 weeks i have given my interview and cleared the levels. HR discussion is still pending and my lwd is jus a week away. When will the HR complete discussion ?

Any tips on creating a candidate pool that is highly qualified? We are struggling to fill a very well-paid role but one that requires a high level of specific expertise. We've been bumping into quite a few "almost" fits but have not yet filled the position

My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? Does anyone else think the RSU comp structure is a disincentive to work to your full potential? I know, for example, that my base comp is maxed out so my only raises will be through additional RSUs. They only grant new RSUs once per year and do it for years out in the future. So, for this year’s comp cycle, I got RSUs that won’t vest until 2023. Yeah, who cares? Who knows if I will even work here by then. There is no relatable tie in between performance and comp.

Hi! I had my background check done through Sterling and it came back clear last week after 2 days. It now says it’s pending again. What could be the reason for this?

Question: so towards the end of the interview, I asked the interviewers "so I notice you have both been here for over 14 years, why have you guys stayed here for so long?"

Is that rude? My main reason was I wanted to see what it would be like being at this company. I don't want to job hop from one company to another company. But that could have sounded negative.

5 rounds of interviews and final interview case study and I get the dreaded thanks, but no thanks email and feedback that I did have the desired experience for the role. Why take up 6 weeks of my and their teams time? I am amazed by the amount of “waste” and “cost” an agile / lean company would burn through on a candidate they see as unsatisfactory. I Meh!
