Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? I don't know if this is the imposter syndrome talking, but as in house, I feel like I rarely *do* anything. I answer questions as they come up, review maybe 1-2 contracts a day, and manage a few litigation cases (primarily handled by outside counsel). How would you recommend tackling a middle manager bad mouthing to team members and seniors despite having left the job? I worked as a consultant at a globally reputed firm but with a terrible, mind draining team culture — now the middle manager is bad mouthing and of course not communicating her inability to manage her own time, leading to work calls at 10 pm in night and abusive language at work.
