My firm pairs people up for 15 minute coffee chats throughout the month. Honestly, I not much of a fan but I’m sure some people enjoy it

I don’t recommend scheduling too much since I think most of us already have worse hours than normal without many of the perks (though WFH is amazing) but my teams always chit chat for a few minutes at the beginning and end of our morning/afternoon touch points
