So I just started at a new company about 5 months ago. I’m already looking to leave. My boss should not be in the director of HR role she in, she does not have the experience for it. She was put into that role because the prior director left and she was the senior most person on the team. I’m also not connecting with anyone on my team. I don’t feel fulfilled or happy here. Should I be leaving so soon? I assume if I do apply to other places, my short tenure here will be a red flag. Thoughts?

Startup is 30 people, pre series A, lots of freedom to run the show, cool innovative product. Scaleup has interesting product, and id run one of the growth areas, some good people with interesting backgrounds too, series C. I come from corporate (public, +2000 people). Any thoughts for me? So, I mail her about this she told me start working on pre-joining formalities we will share new DOJ shortly. But it's been a two day's I haven't got any mail.
