Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

You put off doctors apts for months until they had a Friday apt.
You traveled and took 8x as long to recover from the lack of sleep.
Yup Try to cram as many appointments onto Friday as I could. I don’t miss those days at all.

Or you shifted your dates on site if it was an appointment that couldn’t be made for a Friday. Or literally lots of other work arounds.

We scheduled appointments for Fridays whenever possible and just didn’t travel when it wasn’t feasible.

Been a road warrior since 2003 until travel stopped due to COVID.
Appointments were scheduled always on Friday when you were back in town (travel Mon-Thurs).
I only got really sick once but that was after I was already on-site at the client location. Went back to the hotel and nursed myself from death until my flight home on Thursday. Then I dragged my sick ass pale ready to puke self through the flight.
Basically you learned to arrange your whole life around your travel schedule.
The worst part is your entire weekends home ended up being more about getting errands done that you couldn’t do because your traveling.
