I feel all the forms are still in “talk” mode when it comes to race. It’s on their radar, but I don’t think anyone has a clear solution. Someone above mentioned the major benefactors are white women, I feel that’s true. We’ve seen more of them have nurturing, development, and starting to see more of them hit PPMD. For black people specifically, I think it’s tough for non MBB firms. Go to any top MBA campus (where most of the firms hope to get their black talent), and 99% of the blacks that are going for consulting are MBB or nothing, and rightfully so. I think firms will start giving more funding to resource (Latin, lgbt, black) business groups. Which is helpful to give the opportunity for us to get together to do more events, but it doesn’t solve the problem that we really are a minority
