I had an interview with Godaddy. The panelists were US based. This was just the 2nd round and I am not sure about my performance since none of the 5 rounds are rejection rounds. I realised one thing, that senior guys or the guys from the US barely care about your DSA. Instead of coming with a “Reject him” mindset, they come with a “Assess him” mindset and ask relevant questions. Focus more on, “how” and not “what”. Ask what you’ve done mostly. I find them better than our desi FAANG interviewers.
Somehow made it to Bain and BCG second rounds (AC level) - question for all the smart folks in this bowl is, what is the difference between first and second rounds in demonstrating certain competencies/skills/qualities? How can I ace the second round to get the offer? I’m confident in passing the airport test so looking at where else to focus. Many thanks! Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group
