Hi I have 4 years of total experience with hands on experience in CMS and SQL and little bit of power bi. Now I am looking to explore whole new field of Salesforce as it's in demand right now and I am not enjoying my current role. I want your experience about switching a field and how difficult it is after that much of experience and is this a good idea?
Anyone I can pass my book to at Erich & Kallman ? Looking for remote/hybrid Art Director role, full-time or contract. Thanks!
I applied for an engineering manager role at a fast scaling startup. My second interview went very well to the point where the manager told me to connect on LinkedIn in case I have more questions and the internal recruiter should get back to me soon. That was Wednesday. I sent a follow up email to the recruiter expressing that I enjoyed the interview and look forward to feedback. It's now Monday and I am wondering how long I should wait before reaching out again if at all?

Looking for referrals. Boyfriend just got a reject from AWS :( I referred him and personally, I think they marked him as overqualified for the role he was applying to because he used my exact template to interview but was a military officer in addition to 5ish years of tech sales experience. Looking for companies that values vets (even ones more than 18 months out from their discharge) hiring for jr sales, inside sales, or account manager/ client success.
I received an offer from EY. The position is transfer pricing staff - New York office. I am wondering what’s the base salary range of this position. I have two years experience (not very remote this position, also one year CPA). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Most interesting post-MBA exit that you’ve seen? Something besides the usual MBB, PE/VC, FAANG, etc.
So apparently accenture is making people who are on the bench enroll into a mandatory customer service role even if you’re 100% utilized. Friend took 3 weeks of PTO and has been on the bench for a few days and he is being forced. Worst part? It’s Tues-Saturday.
Anyone have any advice for a recent MBA looking to get into a consulting role for one of the big insurance companies? Looking for remote work
APOLOGIES FOR REQUESTING INTERVIEW TIPS FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY IN THIS BOWL - I'm interviewing at Noom for a technical data analyst position. Hi guys, presently a manager at acn. Have a senior security assurance consultant offer at Amazon and potentially a security program manager offer from a tech company outside of faang. Expecting second offer to be slightly better numbers. Which would you go with especially from a career growth/exit opps perspective
What are exit opportunities like at the junior level (pre-Manager) if you’re focused on post-merger integration work? I assume Corporate Strategy is off the table since there are no quantitative skills in this type of work. Really new to PMIs and wondering what they lead to
Hi all - I gave my range for Amazon non-tech Program Manager L6 role in Seattle (my YOE is 6+) as too high, and the recruiter came back and said they expect to offer TC of $160K-$170K. Is this the correct range? Not sure how to proceed, I do still want to interview but want to make sure I’m not getting low balled here. For context, I know for a fact I’m being under paid in my current role and would like to avoid the same in my next. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Hi all I'm automation tester with 6 years of experience using UFT and selenium. Also having experience in automation framework design and enhancement. Currently looking for an opportunity. Hello everyone, I am currently a HR Generalist for a small aerospace company, located in CA. I have been in a generalist role for a little over 4 years now and before that, I did recruiting/safety for about 3 years. I am now looking into getting my HR Certification, but am stuck in between the PHR-CA or the SHRM-CP. Does anyone have any recommendations they can give me?
PwC - NewCo, Project @Galaxy, are you being asked to recruit (in your city)? Are we eligible for referral bonuses? Will the current pwc referrals apply or do we wait to hire post close?
Received an offer for a BizOps Manager role at Instacart for 108K base + 150RSU over 4 years. Previous big 4 consulting experience & smaller tech startup experience - 4.5YOE total. Current base is higher but lower equity potential. Any Thoughts?
I know this varies based on the company but besides project needs from the hiring manager, does anybody take multiple months between when your background check clears and you actually start? I don’t want to immediately jump from job to job but not sure if taking some time off is generally accepted.
Has anyone ever had a company file for green card, while still on OPT. One last try for H1-B next year, trying to think through non conventional options (also not a citizen of China or India)

Bank of America is holding 30K deposited by check and is saying that they will release after 10 days. We were transferring money from wife’s account to mine. Money has been deducted from the source account (TD Checking) the next day. Is this normal? Is there any way to get funds released sooner. We are ok if they even send it back to TD.
Is using emojis in my email considered unprofessional, or a good replacement for our lack of face-to-face interaction?
