I am currently serving my notice period ending on October 5 in the company "A" But my fnf is supposed to take place somewhere between 15-25 November.

Meanwhile, I am supposed to join somewhere else, let's say company "B" on October 12. As fnf at firm A is supposed to take place around November 15-25, will they release my UAN number.

I just wanna be sure the final fnf date does not cause any issue with my employment at Company "B"

What scenarios would you use offset vs. and index/match formula? Also, what does including >1 [width] do to the offset formula?

Im trying to grasp why if I isolate the offset formula (currently being used within a sum product), I’m getting a spill error.

Granddaughter just accepted her first position in education as a para II. She supports one student but when that student is absent, she asked to help others. She asked me for advice about supporting a kindergarten autistic student that has just arrived from India and does not speak English and neither do parents. I use to enjoy pulling together lessons using a variety of resources, and not using textbooks or ready made curriculum. I just used the standards. These days, I’m finding that my online students find a set curriculum easier to navigate. I’m finding it easier to keep organized online. Anyone else having a similar experience?

Has anyone else had this experience? How are non-reelect teachers viewed in the profession and by future employers? It seems so cruel when a 2nd year teacher is told they will not be re elected to continue the next school year and not given any explanation. This is supported by ed code, sad. Especially, when this teacher only ever received positive work performance feedback, whose students made progress, and they built great relationships with students,, co-workers, parents.

Whats the best personal printer for a self-contained teacher with 10-13 students? I want something that prints quickly but is cheap on the ink. I also want it to be able to scan. Any suggestions?

What % of your students have difficulty with reading? Have you asked if parents had difficulties with reading? Dyslexia is more common than we realize, and I would love to know if you use any specific curriculum for students with Dyslexia.

So my school is being audited for folders and I personally don’t feel it fair as we have been out of school for so long. I need your help, please. I have a student who simply does not stay on track unless an adult is monitoring him. His quizzes go unfinished and writing assignments are put aside to browse online.
I also would like to ask if there is a way to prevent him from browsing other websites online during instructional time?

I am open to suggestions on how to keep him on track during Math and Writing assignments. Any assistance with this would be helpful.

Do you have a limit on the number of students on your caseload? What is the maximum number you’ve had while still teaching a full class schedule? Are you responsible for all aspects of the IEP (ie, scheduling with parents & staff; writing the IEP; submitting it/filing it; sharing copies; progress monitoring on each student, etc)?

I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Is anybody else out there going through illegal class sizes for self-contained? How are you dealing? Maybe a vent session is in order.

Does anyone else have the problem that their curriculum does not meet the standards or goals and is either too hard or too easy. I spend so much money buying lessons off of TPT, buying books or spending all weekend writing my own for 5 subjects. I’m exhausted.
