What do folks believe to be great watches to buy today strictly from an investment perspective?

I'm a senior Chemical Engineer, undergrad. I have a bunch of experience in manufacturing/product engineering and operation management. I want my long-term goal to be in management, consulting, or something of that sort - what would be the best path for me to take towards that? Any ChemE's who have taken a similar route got any recommendations or even referrals? Guide me as best you can.

I joined mindtree in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX.
Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis."
Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ?
How can i recover that 10k every month?
