I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.

Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

I applied for some senior positions at AbbVie online 2 weeks ago. The status appears as “resume received” for some positions, status of one position appears as “under review” while another position shows “in progress”. Any idea how long their hiring team takes to get back following the application?
Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake

How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

If the hiring manager themselves don’t have a Master’s degree, chances are higher that they do not believe in an MBA. They may only put heavy focus on experience, regardless of an MBA degree. Just my two cents!
If you got more than 5-7 years of experience I don't even care or look at your education if it's older than that. Granted got a hiring manager but I do plenty of hiring interviews and give verdict ya/nay and what level
Depends on the mba
The better question is, does it? And yes, it does.
I have a top 5 MBA and favor experience over the degree when I’m hiring - but also depends on the role and the context. Like someone said, did they work 2 years and get a respectable MBA with great grades or do they have 4 years of experience and a decent MBA…
Depends on the role and company culture...
That said, usually the experience gets you the job. The education gets you the pay.
Many compensation and rewards packages are contingent on buckets of experience and education. The degree automatically moves you into a higher bracket. Experience may not.
Depends, unless you are going into specific business, you are limiting your income by going from undergrad to MBA without experience in between
