Just being honest here: your profile is literally the same as dozens of people I know that went to my school (female, white, EY, 3.4-3.6gpa, Finance, studied abroad including at LSE). I would say get a 730 gmat, get on a non profit board, 1 year post-UG experience abroad. Then you’ll literally be on top of that pile imo

Thanks!

You should focus on really having impactful extra-curriculars about something that matters to you. And having a very impactful story about how you’ve added value at woek

I have been researching coaching programs and really want to do it but can’t decide if I should go with a 3k program or a typical 10k program that are recommended by man like Ipec or co active. The 3k is also nice in that it’s a 4 day intensive / full days to get you the hours for ICF ACC certification. It’s with the academy of creative coaching- I haven’t heard a ton about them but the only one I can find to get your all the requirements for under $4k. Any thoughts on those options? Or Academy?

Hope you can help… looking for some feedback on a new job opportunity in Commercial Real Estate. I started off my career working in CRE brokerage for 2 years, then made the jump to leasing and have worked with a regional landlord for the past 5 years. I have an opportunity to partner with an established broker - that said I’m curious if anyone has advice on structuring the team and how to split commissions?

HI SHARKS,

So if I do a long distance MBA from Upgrade , Great Lakes Learning etc etc how will it help me internally In Wipro .
Is it worth it ?

Or if I switch will it help me .I am a front End developer .

A topic I'm seeing debated is in the area of finding DevOps work or staffing those roles. Should "DevOps roles" be a specialty to be hired for, or just additional responsibilities for an existing dev or engineer to take on as-needed?

On a fast track for promotion, and also have a good standing/reputation already within my MM bank so far. I also have a complicated visa situation that my bank is handling.
Not closed off but not really set on PE or anything.
Is it still worth starting fresh and likely a delayed promo at an EB?
