What do I need to do to strengthen my profile for an M7? Female, Caucasian, NYC, 3.5yrs consulting experience at EY (M&A/Technology), mediocre undergrad (top 60), 3.6 GPA, Finance, LSE Study Abroad

I have been researching coaching programs and really want to do it but can’t decide if I should go with a 3k program or a typical 10k program that are recommended by man like Ipec or co active. The 3k is also nice in that it’s a 4 day intensive / full days to get you the hours for ICF ACC certification. It’s with the academy of creative coaching- I haven’t heard a ton about them but the only one I can find to get your all the requirements for under $4k. Any thoughts on those options? Or Academy?

Everyone says that getting a Master's in cyber isn't worth the time/money. Certs are better. But surely an MS in cyber could benefit in some way. In what career path would a degree like this help?

A topic I'm seeing debated is in the area of finding DevOps work or staffing those roles. Should "DevOps roles" be a specialty to be hired for, or just additional responsibilities for an existing dev or engineer to take on as-needed?
