Any junior partners care to share?

I’ve heard $150K max with no clients. I’m a recruiter btw.

The husband has a cushy state job, barely works 40 hours a week making $70k. I work too many hours and pass out at night trying to get my 2 yo to go to bed. Every morning when I wake up, the husband bitches about how I "don't cuddle with him at night" and I seriously want to punch his face and leave the house. He helps around the house a lot, but never understands what I deal with at work. Any advice? Please help me.

Does anyone else find that even though the cannabis industry is booming, budtenders lack basic benefits like decent pay, healthcare, PTO, vacation, maternity leave? There’s much more but I’m pretty disgusted in this industry.

Hi!! What’s the best way to research ways in which I may structure a company for tax purposes. Specifically one which is registered within the EU but operates in a third country solely. The EU LTD was established as a way to a) mitigate against the instability within the third country b) ensure funds could be easily transferred from clients due to ever changing restrictions. I’m not really familiar with this area of law but have to sort this out for personal reasons

I have a question for associates: how do you feel when your support staff leaves due to compensation even though the firm is bringing in millions? I.e partners won’t pay staff what they’re worth so they leave. Especially if you’ve worked with them for years and like them. I understand it’s “part of the job and field” but I feel like maybe associates have feelings about it that aren’t always voiced because they don’t want backlash?
